Facility tour
Visits to schools
We are currently accepting tours of schools and other facilities. Please contact us for details such as the number of people.
Special Open House
The facilities in Preservation and Research Center, which are usually closed to the public, are introduced to the public, and the results of research and the return to the wild. In addition, you can see some of the rare animals raised in the facility.
The recruitment of participants for the 2024 Autumn Special Open House has been closed.
＊Visits of each facility may be canceled to prevent infectious diseases such as highly pathogenic avian influenza.

Preservation and Research Center, City of Yokohama School of Science
We hold hands-on science classes during the summer vacation period.
You can experience experiments to extract DNA and tour breeding facilities.
