About leased land park system
The leased land park system is a system in which Yokohama City, a park manager, borrows title pertaining to land properties under a lease agreement with the landowner and establishes a city park for the maintenance of parks and green spaces stipulated in the City Parks Law.
Yokohama City will utilize this system to secure sites such as block parks. I would like cooperation to create familiar park in life of citizen's all of you.

Designated Criteria
For land that meets the following conditions, we will conclude a lease agreement for leased land park.
- Land area of 500 square meters or more. However, this does not apply if it is adjacent to a park that has already been released.
- Those who have a lease contract of 20 years or more.
Preferential treatment for land owners
- Property tax and city planning tax on contracted land will be reduced.
- Inheritance tax will be reduced by 40% due to taxation. However, land with an area of less than 500 m2 is not eligible.
