About donation acceptance system of park green tract of land

Judgment of acceptance will be made for each project based on the following contents as a guide.

1. Area standard: Approximately 500 square meters or more
2. Access: Green spaces that can be in contact with public roads or to secure management passages.
3. Boundary: Those whose boundaries can be determined.
4. Disaster Prevention and Safety: Land safety is ensured.
5. Neighboring relations: Those with little effects such as shades, lodgings, falling branches, drainage, etc.
6. Private property: It has been relocated or excluded.
7. Other rights: There is no private rights setting or other special obligations in the park green space.

If you are adjacent to an existing park green space, you may be able to accept it, not limited to the above guidelines.

However, if you do not meet the above criteria for acceptance, you may not be able to receive the application form.

1. As we investigate whether contribution is possible, please submit "preliminary investigation application (first-1 style) pertaining to contribution of park green tract of land" to Green Space Conservation Promotion Division.
2. After receiving the application form, we will conduct a preliminary survey to determine if it conforms to the donation acceptance criteria and inform you of the acceptance.
3. If you wish to donate, please submit a "donation application form (No. 2-1)" to Green Space Conservation Promotion Division within one year if the conditions for donation are met.
4. Green Space Conservation Promotion Division will send you a “donation acceptance procedure start notice (No. 3-1 style)”.
5. We perform surveying necessary for contribution and conclude land donation contract with city and landowner.
