Bidding for sale of reused bicycles

Persons who can participate in the reuse (reuse) bicycle sales open recruitment type designated competitive bidding are defined as those who fall under all of the following items or organizations with a corporate status to which those who fall under all items are members.

• As a result of examination by rule of Yokohama-shi contract rule, person listed in general competitive bidding qualified person list of the relevant year.
  • (Registration event: Purchase of disused items (other items are acceptable))
• A person who has been licensed as a secondhand dealer by Public Safety Commission, Kanagawa Prefecture
• A person who has been certified as a "bicycle engineer" by the Japan Vehicle Inspection Association under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry or who has been certified as a "bicycle safety mechanic" by the Nihon Kotsu Management Association under the jurisdiction of the National Police Agency.
• Person having offices in Yokohama-shi

To participate in the bidding, please apply to the mayor with the auction participation qualification application.

If you would like to register newly, please submit the "Bid Participation Eligibility Application (No. 1, No. 4, No. 7) Style (word: 77KB)" with required documents.
