About citizen opinion offer for "Yokohama-shi share cycle business implementation policy (plan)" for the whole city development of share cycle business after 2025 and conduct of "dialogue" (sounding investigation) with company about open call for participants condition

　Yokohama City has been fully implementing the “Yokohama City Community Cycle Project” in central Yokohama since FY2014, and since June 2022, we have been conducting the “Yokohama Wide Area Share Cycle Business Social Experiment” by dividing the city area into three areas, excluding the city center business area into three areas.
　With the end of the implementation period of these two projects at the end of FY2024, we are planning to open recruitment of businesses in FY2024 in anticipation of the development of the share cycle business in the whole city from 2025 onward. I am.
　Prior to the open call for participants, we formulated the “Yokohama City Share Cycle Business Implementation Policy (draft)” (hereinafter referred to as the “Implementation Policy Plan”) that summarizes the future image and business objectives of the city's share cycle. We raise opinions.
