Management of road tunnels and others

　　Facilities such as road tunnels managed by the Road and Highway Bureau Bridge Section are as follows.

• Large culverts: 29 facilities
• Calvert　　：46 facilities
• Shedd　　　： 4 facilities　 Total 107 facilities (as of April 2024)

　　For 107 facilities such as road tunnels, periodic inspections have been conducted once every five years since 2014 based on the Road Law.
　　Based on the results of this periodic inspection, we have formulated the "Yokohama City Road Tunnel and Other Life Extension Repair Plan" and are proceeding with repairs systematically.
