Last update date November 1, 2023

Ring Route 3 (Tozuka area) is conducting business from the Naganuma area on the east side to the west. In March 2004, a section exceeding the JR Tokaido Line and the Kashio River from the Kan 3 Naganuma Intersection in Sakae-chonuma-cho, Sakae-cho, was completed. After the opening of 850m to the Hinode Bridge Intersection in July 2004, approximately 1,300m of the main line, including the remaining 450m, was opened in March 2022.
