Loop Line 3 (Minami Tozuka District)

　Ring Route 3 (Minami Tozuka area) is an area that includes a ramp section that connects to National Route 1 down line. The project has been underway since 1987, and the structure of the bridge has been almost completed. In fiscal 2021, the construction of the National Highway No. 1 down line was completed, and it was opened in March 2022 together with the Tozuka area.

　Currently, seismic reinforcement work is underway for bridges, and the intersection of the main line and the National Highway No. 1 down line connecting ramp will be completed in conjunction with the maintenance of the Gumizawa area.

By connecting to the Totsuka IC (tentative name) of the Yokohama Loop South Line, communication with various parts of the Tokyo metropolitan area will be strengthened. Optimization of traffic flow Passing traffic that had entered the surrounding residential area can be converted to Ring Route 3, and traffic flow can be properly processed.
