Notice of private use bidding system

The Road Law was revised, and a bidding system for the selection of occupants has been established.
In this way, Yokohama City will also introduce a private use bidding system to further enhance the fairness and transparency of the occupant selection procedure, increase private use fee income, and to make it easier to reflect local needs. We revise Yokohama-shi road private use charges regulations.

It stipulates the "minimum private use fee" equivalent to the lowest bid price.
Article 4.2 has been newly established, and the “private use fee specified by the ordinance” will be “minimum private use fee”, and for properties subject to reduction / exemption, “private use fee after reduction” is set as “the lower limit of the minimum private use fee. Amount ”.

Facilities that have profitability and are expected to compete with occupants

• Solar power generation facilities, wind power generation facilities
• Meal facilities (open cafes, etc.), purchasing facilities (small facilities such as station stalls)
• Stores, warehouses, car and bicycle parking lots, etc. installed above tunnels or under elevated
• Other facilities that the mayor recognizes that it is appropriate for the mayor to submit to private use bids
