JR Sakuragicho-sta. Square Event Space Information

For the purpose of creating bustle in the city and promoting conventions in the Minato Mirai 21 district, revitalizing the local economy, properly using roads, and securing financial resources for management fee, we are looking for the use of event spaces that utilize JR Sakuragicho-sta. Square.

Overview of the Conditions for Use (Refer to Documents 2 and 3)

●Contents of events and advertisements
 Consider the aesthetics and public nature of the surrounding area.
 ・"Yokohama-shi insertion summary" and
 ・"Yokohama City Advertising Standards"
We comply with the contents in line with the purpose of the Basic Agreement on Town Planning (outside site) established by Yokohama Minato Mirai 21.
 ※About "Yokohama-shi insertion summary" and "Yokohama-shi insertion standard", please confirm list of advertisement-related regulations.

●Pedestrian Safety Measures
 Please take sufficient safety measures such as preventing pedestrian traffic dangers and ensuring safe and smooth traffic.

●Please be sure to check the usage guide (Document 2) and usage guidelines (Document 3).
 ※Product sales are not possible.
 ※In principle, live performances cannot be performed.

●Event fee
 The event fee is the total amount of the road occupancy fee and advertising fee.
 Please check the price list (Document 4).
 About amount of road private use charges, it is established in Yokohama-shi road private use charges regulations. For the latest amount, please refer to the Private Charges.

Acceptance of application (see Document 5)

It will be accepted until one month before the date of use.
Please note that applications after one month in advance will not be accepted.
Submission of the application form will be accepted.
Please note that you will not be able to make a reservation.

FAQs

[Question 1] Is it possible to provide food and drink?
  Samples that do not include merchandise sales are possible, but a separate permission for food hygiene is required. 
  Also, when using a generator or kitchen car, it may be necessary to notify the fire department, so check with the fire department.

[Question 2] Is it possible to conduct an event with sales?
  Sales in the event space are not available.

[Question 3] Is it possible to perform live music?
  In principle, live performances in the event space are not allowed.

[Question 4] I would like to hold an event that spans multiple days. Is it possible to have permanent tents (outside hours)?
  As a general rule, tents etc. cannot be permanently installed, so please install and remove each time.
  If permanent is required, please surround the area around the event area at night and assign security guards.

[Question 5] Is it possible to rent a power supply or water supply system?
  There is no power supply or water supply system in the event space.

[Question 6] Is it possible to carry in and remove before and after the event available time (8:00 to 22:00)?
  Please respond within the available time for both installation and removal.

[Question 7] Is it possible for vehicles to enter the event space?
  Vehicles can enter up to 4 tons in weight, but if it exceeds 2 tons, road surface curing with a company etc. is required.
  Vehicles from 7:00 to 9:00 are not allowed on weekdays. Also, on holidays, please bring your vehicle by 8 o'clock.

[Question 8] Is it possible to postpone the event due to a typhoon or the like?
  If the event is canceled due to force majeure, etc., a transfer date can be set within 3 months.
