Based on the provisions of Article 39-5, Paragraph 1 of the Road Law (Act No. 180 of 1952), Article 39 of the Road Law for the purpose of bidding approved by the Japan National Highway Ownership and Debt Repayment Organization, Article 39 of the Road Law We announce based on rule of 5 Clause 2.
