Report of the Council for Yokohama City Library
1 Purpose of installation
As the environment surrounding libraries is changing, it is necessary to consider the realization of services and improve management efficiency with a view to the future library image.
In particular, regarding the path of improving management efficiency and the future image of the library as a social education facility, we have established the Yokohama City Library Roundtable.

(1)Key Direction for Library Services
Examining services that are assumed to be "future library services"
(2)Efficient management and operation
We will consider the optimal operation method from the perspective of improving services, reducing expenses, and improving operational efficiency.
(3)Future image of the library
Examining a library image that functions as an infrastructure supporting citizenship and creativity.
