About reduction of taxes of property tax, city planning tax

When there are difficult circumstances in paying city taxes, such as when there is a disaster or when receiving livelihood assistance, you may be able to receive a reduction in property tax and city planning tax depending on the situation .

1. Fields whose harvest has been significantly reduced due to disasters or unseasonable weather
2. Land and houses subject to property tax and city planning tax to be paid by those who receive livelihood assistance according to the provisions of the Public Assistance Act
3. Fixed assets that require special reduction or exemption due to public interest or other reasons
   (Example: fixed assets damaged by disasters)
