City prefectural tax imposed in 2024 can be paid by credit card at local tax payment site.

City prefectural tax imposed in 2023 can be paid by credit card at Yokohama City Tax Payment Site.
Payment by presenting a credit card at a counter such as a financial institution or convenience store.
Check the usage conditions and notes at the bottom of the page, and access the Yokohama City Tax Payment Site.

• Payment notice (those with "payment number", "confirmation number" and "payment category" printed)
• Internet usage environment (PC, smartphone or tablet terminal)

In the case of Apple Pay payment, only the following logo is available.

• Depending on the OS, model, browser, version, etc., payment procedures may not be possible.

Individual municipal tax and prefectural tax (normal collection) for taxation in 2023
[Caution] The following payment slips are not available.

• Those with no "confirmation number" and "payment number" on the payment slip
• Those whose payment deadline has passed
• Payment amount of 10 million yen or more

It is possible to enter up to 4 payment information and proceed at the same time. In this case, please make sure that the total amount is less than 10 million yen.
If you want to pay the city prefectural tax, property tax, city planning tax (land / house), property tax (depreciable assets), and light motor vehicles tax (keijidosha-zei) (classification rate) for taxation in 2024, please use the local tax payment site Please use.

Please pay the city tax within the deadline.
When we pay city tax after deadline for delivery due to unavoidable circumstances, we can pay until 23:30 of handling deadline listed on the back of payment notice.

• Payments for each term (as needed) Payments: April 30 of the following year
• Payments for all periods: Payment deadline for the first term

In addition, due to payment after the deadline, arrearages may be added. In this case, we will send you a payment notice for arrearages at a later date.

When you register city tax fund transfer of Yokohama-shi, cancellation of fund transfer is necessary.

When using credit payment, a system usage fee will be charged according to the payment amount.

Receipts will not be issued. If you need a receipt, please pay at a financial institution or convenience store.

We cannot issue certificate reflecting credit payment until payment can be confirmed in Motoichi (up to about 9 open agency schedule).

Once the payment procedure is completed, cancellation will not be possible.
In the case of duplicate payments, procedures such as refunds will be made from the department in charge at a later date, but the system fee will not be the income of Yokohama City.
