"Public auction" means selling properties (real estate, personal property, etc.) seized by Yokohama City as a delinquent disposal of city tax according to the provisions of the law and apply to the city tax. Sold by "bid" or "sell sale".
Regarding the sale of real estate, there are also Yokohama City Finance Bureau Facility Management Promotion Section “City-owned land open call for participants sale (* 1)” and “auction” under the jurisdiction of the court. Procedures and contents are different, so please contact the relevant department.
※1 "Municipal ownership land open call for participants sale" means selling off land owned by the city, such as alternative land, by methods such as general competitive bidding.
