Real estate public auction sells real estate seized by Yokohama City as delinquent disposal of city taxes, etc. according to the provisions of the law and allocates it to city taxes.

Required for due date bidding

A public auction deposit, private seal power of attorney (when proxy/agent bids) is required.
In addition, when bidding under the name of a corporation, a copy of the commercial register certifying the representative authority is also required.
Also, if proxy/agent bids, you will also need the "written statement" of the person (in the case of a corporation, the representative) so please bring it with you on the day of bidding.
