Temporary suspension of sale of anonymous PASMO card and registered PASMO card

In addition to the anonymous PASMO card, which is currently discontinued, the launch of the registered PASMO card will also be temporarily suspended from Wednesday, August 2, 2023.

1 Release cancellation period

Release will be discontinued for the time being from the first train on August 2, 2023 (Wednesday).

2 Sales cancellation Details

　New release of anonymous PASMO card and registered PASMO cards will be discontinued. (Except when purchasing a one-day ticket and an IC commuter pass at the same time.)
　In case of card failure or loss, we will continue to reissue service.
　PASMO for children and PASMO for people with disabilities can be purchased.
　Customers who already have a PASMO card can use it as usual for rail and bus rides and shop at electronic money merchants.

3 Where PASMO cards are handled during the release cancellation period

　If you already have a PASMO card, you can purchase your PASMO card at the same sales location as before.
　For customers who purchase new PASMO cards, new PASMO cards are available at the following sales locations.
