About Yokohama-shi user burden subsidy business (child with a disability entrance facility)

In Yokohama-shi, we carry out city-specific user burden subsidy business to reduce burden of protector more.
Based on the amount calculated according to the parents' ability to bear (income tax amount, etc.) [Appendix (PDF: 121KB)], we set "city burden upper limit" and user when we use this city burden upper limit and national standard We support difference with burden (fixed rate burden and actual cost burden such as food expenses).

It is intended for parents of elementary school studenｔ under the age of 20 who are using facilities for children with disabilities who have received a certificate from the children's guidance office (central, western, southern and northern regions) of Yokohama.
(Application for the Yokohama City User Burden Subsidy will be made at the same time as applying for the payment of facility benefits for children with disabilities.)

The difference between the total amount of the following expenses paid by the guardian to the entrance facility minus the "maximum monthly (city standard)" listed on the identification of the recipient of the facility for the disabled is the subsidy amount (the amount to be refunded, etc.) .

[Eligible expenses]
(1)　Fixed rate share of facility benefits for children with disabilities ("maximum monthly (national standard) listed on the certificate of recipient of a facility for children with disabilities)
(2)　Fixed-rate share of medical expenses facilities for children with disabilities [Medical institutions for admission to medical-type children with disabilities and medical institutions that support medical institutions for children with disabilities]
(The maximum amount of out-of-pocket expenses listed in the medical care certificate facility for children with disabilities (medical care and dietary allowances for children with disabilities))
(3)　Specific expenses (food expenses, utilities expenses, daily necessities, etc.) ※Costs approved by the facility only
(4)　Educational expenses and medical expenses (only facilities for children with disabilities) ※Costs approved by the facility only
※1 Expenses that have been borne by parents are not covered.
※2 If a subsidy program other than the Yokohama City user-paid subsidy is available, such as the "medical expenses Subsidy for Severely Disabled Persons" for medical expenses and the "Subsidies for School Expenses System" for educational expenses, the grant system takes precedence.

(1) In the entrance facilities (excluding prefectural entrance facilities) in Yokohama City and some of the entrance facilities outside the city, the amount of the Yokohama City user-paid subsidy is deducted in advance on the entrance facility side, and only the amount of "upper monthly (city standard)" You may be able to request to parents.
In this case, parents do not need to make a claim.
(2) If it is not possible to make a request after deducting the amount of the Yokohama City user-paid subsidy, the guardian will make a direct request to Yokohama City.
