According to the "Verification Committee for Serious Cases due to Yokohama City Child Abuse" consisting of outside experts positioned in the "Law Concerning the Prevention of Child Abuse", "6-year-old girl death that occurred in July 2012" Interviews, surveys and analysis were conducted with related organizations, and verification work was carried out to prevent recurrence.
