According to the "Verification Committee for Serious Cases due to Yokohama City Child Abuse", which is made up of outside experts, positioned in the "Law Concerning the Prevention of Child Abuse", "3-year-old boy death occurred in May 2012" We interviewed, investigated, and analyzed with related organizations on the "Severe serious cases of 2-year-old boy that occurred in June 2012", and verification work was conducted to prevent recurrence.
