A 0-year-old 5-month-old girl that occurred in March 2011 by the "Yokohama City Child Abuse Verification Committee" consisting of outside experts positioned in the "Law Concerning the Prevention of Child Abuse", etc. Interviews, surveys and analysis were conducted with related organizations on cases, and verification work was conducted to prevent recurrence.
