Kurosuda Elementary School (Aoba Ward)
Kurosuda Elementary School in Aoba Ward was established on April 1, 2007 to eliminate the large-scale construction of Azamino Daini Elementary School and Yamauchi Elementary School and to improve the educational environment of elementary school student.

Committee for coordinating school districts such as Kurosuda district in Aoba-ku
Azamino Daini Elementary School and Yamauchi Elementary School, PTA representatives, school officials, etc., established the “Kurosuda, Aoba-ku District School Area Coordination Committee” consisting of areas related to Azamino Daini Elementary School and Yamauchi Elementary School, and the school name and school area of the newly established elementary school I have been examining.
The Committee held a total of seven times over the five months from October 2004 to March 2007, including the subcommittees set up within the committee, compiled the results of the examination into a written opinion and submitted to the Board of Education.
