Overview

　Yokohama City is considering the implementation of the school lunch starting in fiscal 2026. Since FY2022, we have conducted two sounding-type market surveys on the implementation method of Yokohama City Junior High School Lunch, and in the Yokohama City Medium-Term Plan 2022-2025, we have indicated the direction of preparing to secure a supply system by using a delivery method.
　The third sounding-type market survey was conducted after showing the conditions (draft) for public offerings organized based on past sounding-type market research and the direction of future thinking.

Results of the dialogue (announced in August 2023)

A dialogue was held between June 19 and June 23, 2023, and the results will be announced.

Dialogue

Outline of "Dialogue" Implementation (please refer to the implementation guidelines for details)
Participants:	Private businesses (corporations that intend to enter the business or their groups, etc.)
Method of dialogue	Dialogue through interviews (about one hour per group) In order to protect ideas and know-how, dialogue will be conducted individually.
Main contents of dialogue	Please let us know your opinions and suggestions regarding the following items. Intent to enter the business Opinions on business schemes for each category Opinions on new initiatives such as the bulk procurement of ingredients by the city of Yokohama, provision of alternative foods for allergies, provision of soup using cans, and school lunch for replacement.
How to apply	Please fill out the “(Form 1) Entry Sheet” and “(Form 3) Confidential Pledge” with required items and submit it by e-mail.
