Overview

　Since April 2021, Yokohama City has been conducting optional junior high school meals (delivery type) program. In addition to nutritional balance, we have made efforts to help students learn through school lunch, such as offering menus that have few opportunities to eat at home, such as local cuisine, event foods, and local production for local consumption.
　Currently, with the aim of providing junior high school school lunch to more students based on the purpose of the School Lunch Law, we are working on organizing issues and examining implementation schedules for all methods. A dialogue (sounding survey) was conducted for businesses interested in the Yokohama City Junior High School Lunch Business to provide a reference when considering the "future of junior high school meals" which we are aiming to be announced in December 2022.

Eligible participants	Private business operators (corporations or groups that intend to become the implementing entity of the project)
Dialogue method	Dialogue through interviews (approximately one hour per business operator) In order to protect ideas and know-how, individual dialogues will be conducted individually.
Content of dialogue	Please let us know your opinions and suggestions regarding the following items. school lunch Junior High School (A method of serving in warm food cans at the school lunch Plant and delivered to the target schools) school lunch Junior High School by delivery method (A method of serving in a lunch box at the school lunch Plant and delivered to the target school.) ※About self-school method, parent and child method, we do not target of this sounding investigation because city is conduct subject.
