　Since housing development is one of the causes of the rapid increase in the number of students in elementary school studenｔ, the School Planning Division of the City of Yokohama, Board of Education Secretariat Secretariat strives to identify new properties through the “Notification of Sign Installation based on the Ordinance on Coordination of Yokohama City Development Projects” submitted by the business operator at the initial stage of the development project plan.
　As there is a possibility that a shortage of classrooms may occur due to the rapid increase in the number of students in elementary school studenｔ, we require more detailed information on housing development of a certain scale, such as the timing of occupancy and the number of units.
　Depending on the situation of the sudden increase, necessary measures will be taken depending on the acceptance of schools, but one of them may be changed to school areas. Please cooperate as we may ask for consultation and coordination in advance.

As a general rule, when constructing more than 50 houses (more than 30 houses for detached houses and residential land sales), please submit the details of the plan using the "apartment Construction Plan registration form" (style). The same applies to changes in plans. In addition, depending on local situation, we may ask you to submit even less than target number of units.
We will check the acceptance status of elementary and junior high schools at the planned construction site, and if consultation and coordination are necessary, the person in charge will contact you.

Single dormitories, offices, stores, etc., which are not normally expected to live in elementary school studenｔ, are not applicable.
Similarly, if the size of the house is 1K or 1DK and the exclusive area of this house is 30 square meters or less, it is regarded as a single-person house and is not applicable.

（２） Please make one copy per plan.
（３） Please attach the location map (guidance map) of the planned location.
（４） If you change your plan, please submit it again.

(Form) Please fill out and enter required items in registration form, apartment, etc., and submit it by bringing, mailing, e-mail or faxing along with the location map.
