Test Overview
This is a teacher recruitment candidate selection test newly conducted by Yokohama City from 2025.
The aptitude test "SPI3", which has been widely introduced in private companies and public servant examinations, will be used as the first test.
Various selection methods will further expand the frontage of recruitment and increase opportunities for exams.
In the second exam, "simulated classes" and "individual interviews" will be conducted.
The Spring Challenge Selection Test is a new selection test that will be conducted separately and additionally after changing the timing and content of the test from the teacher recruitment candidate selection test that has been conducted in the summer (hereinafter referred to as the “summer selection test”). is.

Application for Examination

A teacher's license whose award date is after July 1, 2022 has no validity period (valid for a lifetime).
In addition, teacher licenses whose validity period expires or completion confirmation deadline is after July 1, 2022 do not have a validity period (valid for life).

Primary Examination
This is an aptitude test that measures the qualities of individuals who are the basis of job and workplace behavior, such as personality traits and basic intellectual abilities.
Tests include "personality test" and "basic ability test".

Every year, about half of successful applicants are residents outside Kanagawa Prefecture.
