About authorization, confirmation change of authorized child institution

If you are going to change the contents of certification based on the Act on Promotion of Comprehensive Provision of Education and Childcare for Preschool Children and the Confirmation based on the Child and Childcare Support Act, you need to apply or report. Therefore, please perform the procedure appropriately by the specified deadline.
※We may ask you to correct the content you submitted.
Submission deadline and required documents
Submission deadlines and required documents for changes related to certification and confirmation vary depending on the content of the application and change notification.
Please check the deadline and required documents in advance before preparing.

※The deadline for submitting a notification of approval / confirmation change concerning the name of the certified child institution is one month before the date of change.
However, the submission deadline for reflecting the name of the new garden in the online application form (for parents) is as follows.
If you want to reflect the new facility name on the desired garden selection screen of the online application [for simultaneous entrance in April of the following year], please submit it by the end of July.
In addition, if you want to reflect the new facility name on the desired garden selection screen of the online application [May of the following year to March of the following year], please submit it by the end of December.

Changes related to facilities
