In Yokohama-shi, we can use kindergarten, nursery school for a certain period of time a month regardless of the employment of parents to support the growth of all children and maintain a high-quality growth environment for children. We carry out trial business of "system".

Overview
- It is for children who do not usually go to kindergartens and nursery schools.
- Kindergartens and nursery schools can be used up to 10 hours a month, regardless of reasons such as parental employment.
- Your child will have a different experience from home and an opportunity to interact with people other than family members.

Eligible users
（１） Children who fall under all of (3) can use it.
（１） Living in Yokohama City
（２） From 0 years and 6 months to under 3 years old (based on the date and time of use)
（３） Not enrolled in kindergartens, nursery schools, certified children's schools, or community-based childcare businesses
Usage time
- Up to 10 hours per person per month
※In principle, regular use (the same garden is used regularly).
※The usage time and target age vary depending on the facility.
※Multiple facilities are not allowed to be used.
Usage fee
- 300 yen per person per hour
※If you have school lunch or snacks, a separate fee will be charged.
※social security households and municipal tax-exempt households are available for tax exemption.

Implementing facilities
We carry out in 13 places including kindergarten, nursery school, small-scale childcare establishment, local child care support base in the city.

Flow until the start of use
（1） Application for use (from late June)
- Please apply directly to the facility you wish to use.
- It is not accepted at the ward office or city hall.
- The application period and application method vary from facility to facility.
（2） Preliminary interview (July-)
- Interviews will be held at each facility in advance.
- In order to provide safe childcare, we will listen to your child's health status and allergies.
（3） Confirmation of usage (late July)
- After confirming that it is target elementary school studenｔ in city, facility will inform you of use decision.
（4） Usage (August to March 2007)
- You will go to the park on the day of use determined by each facility.
- The service is scheduled to begin in August 2024.
- Due to a trial business, the available period is until March 31, 2025.
Precautions for Use
- It cannot be used for more than 10 hours a month.
- It cannot be used at multiple facilities at the same time.
- If you become 3 years old on the way of use, or if you are transferred out of the city, the use will end.
- Parent and child attendance may be required for the first time or several times until you get used to it.
- Because it is a trial business, it will be a business only in FY2024.
