Yokohama City Temporary Custody WEB Reservation System

• From Monday to Friday (excluding holidays and New Year's holidays), the time varies depending on the facility.
• Normal implementation facilities: Opened between 8:30 and 9:00 and has been more than 8 hours in a row.
• Extended implementation facilities: Opened between 7:30 and 8:30 and has been more than 11 hours.
• ※Even at times other than the auxiliary business, there may be cases where the facility is kept as a voluntary business. Please consult with the facility directly (charges are different.) 。
• ※The number of people listed on the back of the flyer is the maximum number that can be accepted, so depending on the time of day, it may not be possible to keep it even if it has not reached the capacity.

[How to receive reduction of taxes]
　When using the facility, please submit a copy of the applicable certificate to the facility. (Submission is required for each fiscal year or expiration date.)

　　　　social security receipt certificate, notification of protection decision, holiday, night medical treatment request certificate
　　(2) In the case of municipal tax-exempt households
　　　　Municipal tax, prefectural tax tax exemption (tax exemption) certificate
　　(3) For single-parent households
　　　　Welfare Medical Certificate, Child Raising Allowance Certificate and Child Raising Allowance Certification Notice
　　(4) In the case of multiple fetuses
　　　　Documents that can be confirmed to be multiple fetuses, such as the Maternal and Child Health Handbook (certificate of birth notification), resident certificate, etc.
