The terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Use") of the Yokohama Child and Youth Consultation Room (LINE Consultation) (hereinafter referred to as "this account") are defined as follows. These terms and conditions apply to all users of this account (hereinafter referred to as "User"). Please be sure to read these Terms of Use before using. About this account

This account is mainly for Yokohama citizens whose purpose is to make it easier for children and young people who are difficult to connect to visits and telephone consultations on general issues of children and young people, contents related to withdrawal, and contents related to young carers. It is a consultation desk for.

Consultation response policy

  1. Consultation services with this account will be conducted by a business manager, operation manager, and supervisor who have sufficient knowledge and experience in SNS consultation services, and specialized counselors (hereinafter referred to as “consultants, etc.” ).
  2. The reception date and time by counselors are from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm every day. Replies to consultations sent outside of Reception hours will be in principle within Reception hours the next day. Even if the consultation is within the reception date and time, if the consultation is mixed, it may be handled after the next day.
  3. One consultation time will increase or decrease depending on the content of the consultation (approximately 60 minutes). "Within 60 minutes" indicates the approximate guide for consultation and does not end mechanically.
  4. If there is no response for a certain period of time, the consultation will be terminated after sending a message.
  5. We cannot respond to consultations that require specialized knowledge of medical practices, such as diagnosis of disease names, presentation of treatment methods, judgments on whether or not you are currently receiving medical treatment, as well as consultation that requires specialized knowledge such as law and taxation.
  6. In the event of congestion, such as consultation is concentrated, we may not be able to respond immediately, and we may have to wait for a long time.
  7. In order to respond to consultations from many people, if consultations are crowded, priority may be given to those who are used for the first time, or the order may be changed depending on the content of the consultation.
  8. Consultation on this account will be made only by text exchange (chat). Even if you send images, videos, text data, etc., we cannot respond.
  9. We cannot respond to consultations on how to set up and use LINE apps using smartphones, mobile phones, and personal computers.
  10. The contents of the consultation on this account will be shared only between counselors, trustees, and Yokohama City.
  11. Be sure to keep your secrets. We will not disclose personal information or consultation contents to third parties unless there is the user's request or consent. However, in the event of an emergency, such as when it is determined that the user's body or life is dangerous, we may contact the police or related organizations to ensure the safety of the user.
