The terms and conditions of the Yokohama Children and Youth Counseling Room (LINE Consultation) (hereinafter referred to as “this account”) (hereinafter referred to as “Terms of Service”) are defined as follows. Consultation Policy

  1. Consultation services under this account are assigned to business managers, operation managers, and supervisors who have sufficient knowledge and experience in SNS consultation services, and specialized counselors (hereinafter referred to as "consultants, etc." ).
  2. The reception date and time by the counselor is from 2 pm to 9 pm every day. In principle, replies to consultations sent outside Reception hours will be made within Reception hours the next day. Even if the consultation is within the reception date and time, if the consultation is crowded, it may be handled after the next day.
  3. One consultation time will increase or decrease depending on the content of the consultation (approximately 60 minutes). "within 60 minutes" indicates a rough guide for consultation, not a mechanical end in time.
  4. If there is no response for a certain period of time, we will send a message and end the consultation.
  5. We cannot respond to consultations that require medical practice and specialized knowledge such as law and tax, such as diagnosis of disease names, presentation of treatment methods, judgment of medical treatment currently receiving medical treatment.
  6. In times of congestion such as concentration of consultation, we cannot respond immediately and may have to wait for a long time.
  7. In order to respond to the consultation of many people, if the consultation is crowded, the first-time user may be given priority, or the order may change depending on the content of the consultation.
  8. Consultations in this account are made only by text-form exchange (chat). Even if you send images, videos, text data, etc., we cannot respond.
  9. We cannot respond to consultations on how to set up and use LINE apps using smartphones, mobile phones, and personal computers.
  10. The contents of the consultation in this account will be shared only between the counselor, the trustee and Yokohama City.
  11. I will always keep the secret. We will not disclose personal information or consultation details to third parties unless the user wishes or consents. However, in the event of an emergency, such as when it is determined that there is a danger to the body or life of the user, we may contact the police or related organizations to ensure the safety of the user.
