"Basic and cooking of living", "Numbt / Reading / Write", "Mindfulness (cultivating concentration and relaxation)"", "Programming", "Communication", "Sports", "Agricultural Experience", "Forest Therapy / Hiking", "Business manners", "Work Experience / Practical Training" are available.

We have four programs a day. You can participate in up to two programs in the morning and afternoon.
You can select the desired program, but you can make a schedule in consultation with the staff.

Through these learnings and activities, students will understand one's identity (things, weaknesses, personality, physical condition, mood) so that you can aim for the next course you want.
