In this project, 83 Taro will run through the slope in Konan Ward with all his might to promote the history and view of Konan slope!

Konan Himawari 83 (Hachisan) Movement
83 (Hachisan) Taro is the mascot character of the "Konan Himawari 83 (Hachisan) Movement". The "Konan Himawari 83 Campaign" is to go out, such as shopping and cleaning and walking around the house, to go to and from 8:00 and 3:00 when elementary school students go to and from school, and watch the children! It's an exercise that anyone can easily do!
"Konan Himawari Ondo" was created by the Konan Ward Residents Festival Executive Committee in 1985 with the first thing that is easy to sing and dance in order to raise the awareness of hometown Konan and expand the circle of contact. . 83 Taro is also dancing together in a video on how to dance!
