As part of a digital ward office in Konan Ward, Family Registry Division will implement a model of electronic applications by reservation system, aiming to "better without waiting" and "do not write" procedures at the counter. The details of the implementation of the Family Registry Division Registration Section are as follows:

■Procedures for Reservation

○When performing procedures such as "Notification of Change of Residents" or "Notification of Change of Residents" and "Invoice for Copy of resident certificate" or "Application for Seal Registration / Seal Registration Certificate" at the same time
 ※In the case of submitting the “Notification of Change of Residents” and the notification related to family register, the notification in Family Registry Section is required in advance.
 ※About transfer (section transfer) in Yokohama-shi by "report of resident change", it becomes procedure only for ward office to move in.
 ※In the case of moving in or moving in the ward, those who have a My Number Card (with photo) will change the Address of My Number Card.
  Please be sure to bring it with you. Also, if the same household who will move in at the same time has a My Number Card (with photo)
  If you bring your My Number Card and know the 4-digit password set at the time of card issuance, you can change the Address.

○The procedures for “Seal Registration Application” (including loss of private seal or registration card) or “Seal Registration Application” (left) and “Seal Registration Certificate” or “Invoice for Copy of resident certificate, etc.” at the same time

○Procedures and consultations related to resident registration in general, elementary and junior high school enrollment, and special permanent resident certificates
 (However, this excludes house indication, support measures such as DV, my number, elementary and junior high school resident registration not yet enrolled.)

■How to make a reservation

Please make a reservation from the following electronic application and notification system.
Applications for the system can be booked from 30 business days to 3 business days in advance.
Cancellations are made up to 3 business days before the scheduled date of the next agency (reservation date).

■Person who can process

○In principle, the application is limited to the applicant.
 However, same household employees (*1) can apply for relocation, relocation and relocation of resident certificate.

 ※1 A same household member is a person who is listed in the same resident certificate or who is listed in Konan Ward.
