As part of the Digital Ward Office held in Konan Ward, Family Registry Division will implement a model of electronic application by reservation system with the aim of "searly without waiting" and "do not write" procedures at the counter. The details of the implementation of the Family Registry Division Registration Section are as follows.

■Procedure for reservation

○When performing procedures such as "Notification of Change of Residents" or "Notification of Change of Residents" and "Invoice for Copy of resident certificate" and "Seal Registration Application /Seal Registration Certificate"
 ※When submitting a “Notification of Change of Residents” with the family register, a notification must be made in Family Registry Section in advance.
 ※About transfer (section transfer) in Yokohama-shi by "resident change notice", it becomes procedure only for ward office to move in.
 ※In the case of relocation or relocation in the ward, those who have a My Number Card (with photo) will change the Address of My Number Card.
  Please be sure to bring it with you. Also, if the same household who moves in at the same time has a My Number Card (with photo), please.
  If you bring your My Number Card and know the 4-digit PIN set when you issued the card, you can change the Address.

○In the case of Seal Registration Application (including loss of private seal or registration card) or Seal Registration application (left) and Seal Registration Certificate or resident certificate Copy, etc.

○Procedures and consultations on general resident registration, elementary and junior high school enrollment, and special permanent resident certificate
 (However, excluding house indications, DV support measures, my number, and elementary and junior high school resident registration is excluded.)

The following hours on weekdays, excluding busy periods such as Monday morning, Friday afternoon, and year-end
 ○Every 30 minutes from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
  (9:00、9:30、10:00、10:30、11:00、11:30)
 ○Every 30 minutes from 2:00 pm to 4:30 p.m.
  (14:00、14:30、15:00、15:30、16:00、16:30)

■How to make a reservation?

Please make a reservation from the following electronic application and notification system.
System applications can be reserved from 30 business days to 3 business days in advance.
Cancellations must be made up to 3 business days before the scheduled date of the next agency (reservation date).

■A person who can do so

○Application is limited to the person in principle.
 However, same household employees (* 1) can apply for moving in, moving, and moving out of resident certificate.
 In addition, only legal representative can apply for elementary and junior high school enrollment procedures from this reservation system.
 ※1 A member of same household is a person who is listed in the same resident certificate in Konan Ward.
    However, for relocation within Konan Ward, resident certificate of New Address can be obtained same household Address resident certificate.

○Please refrain from canceling on or after the cancellation date.
 In the unlikely event that cancellation due to an accident or other reasons, please contact us by phone at least one business day before the reservation date.

○If you have any questions, please check with the contact person in charge below in advance.

①Please come to Family Registry Division 22nd floor on the second floor of Konan Ward government office.
②Please tell us that you have made a reservation for the procedure at window 22.
 Please be careful not to accidentally take the ticket of the ticketing machine at the 21st window by mistake.
③You will be given a special number tag at window 22.
④The staff in charge will call you by number and perform the reception procedure.
