In Yokohama-shi, we perform mother and child visit instruction (free) by midwives etc. for the purpose of various consultation about childcare and promotion of mother targeting at the first baby and the mother.

Visits will be made on request, but even if you do not wish, we may contact you depending on your baby or mother's condition.

If you are a second or subsequent child and wish to visit a newborn baby, please fill out the form or contact Health and Welfare Center.

The birth contact form will be used for Health and Welfare Center projects such as visits, so please submit it to your ward Health and Welfare Center as soon as possible after birth.

We perform consultation about child care by telephone and interview and home visit. Please feel free to contact us.
