The Konan Ward Eating Habits Promotion Committee celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2019.
Cooking tailored to the purpose was indispensable for health promotion awareness-raising activities required by the needs of the times.
For the past half century, we have been conducting training and telling the inhabitants of the ward while learning, we want you to utilize in the future.
This is a compilation of 34 recipes, including dishes that you want to make at home.
Each of these is useful for health promotion and will be delivered in the hope that it will be a dish of everyone's table.
