Regional Comprehensive Support Center in Konan Ward
The Community Care Plaza has established a Community Care Plaza to provide a variety of support to make good use of The Long-term Care Insurance and other services so that people can continue living in a familiar area.
What is the Regional Comprehensive Support Center?
We accept consultations and provide information on welfare and medical care, including The Long-term Care Insurance and elderly people (home helper (home-care worker), short stays, etc.) in familiar areas. In addition, we will provide The Long-term Care Insurance's certification for long-term care and support certification applications.
