Emergency Information Transmission System

Kohoku Ward has introduced an emergency information transmission system that provides emergency information such as evacuation warning by telephone. If you are a registered person and wish to register, please fill out required items on the registration application form and apply by mail, fax, ward office window (No. 44), or email.

Registered persons

Oh Persons requiring assistance in the event of a disaster living in the flood inundation area and who are listed below or their supporters
・ Elderly people living alone or elderly households, all need support or certification for long-term care
・ Those who need nursing care level 2 or less and are concerned about cognitive decline
・ Physically, mentally handicapped, mentally handicapped, and incurable disease patients who have been determined to provide services under the Comprehensive Support for Persons with Disabilities Act.
・ Among the visually impaired, the hearing impaired, and physically handicapped, grades 1-3
・ Nursing notebook (love notebook) A1, A2, Mental Handicapped Health and Welfare Handbook 1.2 Level 1
