On Thursday, January 26, 2023, a rakugo writer Katsura Fukumaru was invited as a lecturer to distribute the contents of the 2022 Kohoku Ward Disaster Prevention Lecture on Thursday, January 26, 2023.
Based on the experience of the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, they gave lectures on the importance of "imaginative" and "preparation" and laughter unique to rakugo artists, and also showed one rakugo incorporating elements of disaster prevention.
