The Kohoku Ward Office holds lectures on disaster prevention so that residents can prepare for disasters.

State of the lecture

About distribution of Kohoku Ward disaster prevention lecture in 2022
On Thursday, January 26, 2023, the content of the 2022 Kohoku Ward Disaster Prevention Lecture, which was held with Rakugo artist Fukumaru Katsura as a lecturer, is distributed on the official YouTube channel of Yokohama City.
Based on the experience of the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, he gave a lecture with the importance of "imagination" and "preparation", the laughter unique to rakugo artists, and also showed a rakugo incorporating the elements of disaster prevention.
