COVID-19 vaccination certificate

The new corona vaccination certificate is a public proof of the fact that special temporary vaccination was carried out in each municipality by March 31, 2024. Based on the application from the recipient, we will issue it.
There are two types: "Overseas / domestic use" that contains passport information, etc., and "Domestic use" without passport information.

・In regular vaccinations scheduled to be carried out after autumn and winter (2024), a medical institution will give you a "vaccination certificate" from a medical institution. Please keep the vaccination certificate given by the medical institution as a vaccination record.
