3 About false registration of VRS and inoculation accident

3-1 When the vaccination record is incorrectly registered

If you incorrectly registered the vaccination date, lot number, etc. when registering the vaccination record using VRS (Vaccination Record System) for special temporary vaccination until March 31, 2024, please respond as follows.

Before billing

You can correct it by reading the two-dimensional code again, change the loaded edit items, and registering again with VRS.　※Until 22:59 on April 30, 2024
An error message "I am a registered person" is displayed, but if you can confirm that the information is correct, you can register the correct information as many times as you want.

3-2 Reports at the time of inoculation accidents and vaccination mistakes

In the unlikely event that any accidents or mistakes are found in the special temporary vaccination until March 31, 2024, take appropriate measures to the recipient and guardian, and contact the following person in charge.
