About food poisoning due to poisonous mushrooms
Last update date April 3, 2023
Every year, from the end of summer to autumn, toxic wild mushrooms are misunderstood as edible mushrooms and collected and eaten.
It requires a high level of expertise and experience to identify whether it is generally eaten or not.
In order to prevent food poisoning due to poisonous mushrooms, never take, eat, sell, or give them to others that cannot be reliably determined as edible mushrooms.
Points to prevent food poisoning due to poisonous mushrooms
- Don't pick mushrooms that cannot be reliably determined as edible mushrooms! Don't eat it! Don't sell it! Don't give it to others!
- Don't throw away anything that has a little anxiety!
- Legend, I don't believe in the wolf!
"The mushrooms eaten by insects are okay" and "It's okay to boil with eggplant" are wrong.
