About food poisoning caused by poisonous mushrooms
Last Updated April 3, 2023
Every year, from the end of summer to the fall, poisonous wild mushrooms are mistakenly collected as edible mushrooms, and food poisoning occurs frequently.
In general, you need a high level of expertise and experience to distinguish between the types you can't eat and the types you can't eat.
In order to prevent food poisoning caused by poisonous mushrooms, never collect, eat, sell, or give mushrooms that cannot be reliably determined to be edible mushrooms.
Points to prevent food poisoning due to poisonous mushrooms
- Don't pick mushrooms that cannot be reliably determined as edible mushrooms! I don't eat it! Don't sell it! Don't give it to others!
- Don't throw away anything that has a little anxiety!
- Legend, I don't believe in Rubba!
"Mushrooms eaten by insects are okay" or "It's okay to boil with eggplants" are wrong.
