What is yellow Streptococcus?

Staphylococcus is a bacterium that exists in cuts of fingers, suppuration, and acne, as well as in the nose, throat, and animal skin of healthy people.

Approximately 30 minutes to 5 hours (average 3 hours)

Main symptoms

Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, etc.

Cause

Food poisoning caused by Staphylococcus atom is generated by creating a toxin called enterotoxin when Staphylococcus grows and eating this toxin with food.

Enterotoxin cannot be heated or frozen

Staphylococcus alia itself is not resistant to heat, but enterotoxin is resistant to heat and is not harmless in normal cooking.
Also, once made enterotoxin continues to remain in frozen condition.
Therefore, it is important not to make enterotoxin in food to prevent yellow staphylococcal poisoning.
