Food poisoning due to Staphylococcus is occurring. Before cooking, wash your hands thoroughly and keep food refrigerated at 10 ° C or less, and thoroughly prevent food poisoning.
What is yellow Streptococcus?
Staphylococcus is a bacterium that exists in cuts of fingers, suppuration, and acne, as well as in the nose, throat, and animal skin of healthy people.
Food poisoning caused by Staphylococcus alia
Hiding time
Approximately 30 minutes to 5 hours (average 3 hours)
Main symptoms
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, etc.
Example of causative food
Onigiri, bento, Japanese sweets, cream puffs, etc. contaminated with Staphylococcus alia through fingers.
Cause
Food poisoning caused by Staphylococcus atom is generated by creating a toxin called enterotoxin when Staphylococcus grows and eating this toxin with food.
Staphylococcus alia itself is not resistant to heat, but enterotoxin is resistant to heat and is not harmless in normal cooking.
Also, once made enterotoxin continues to remain in frozen condition.
Therefore, it is important not to make enterotoxin in food to prevent yellow staphylococcal poisoning.
