Bird inspection

Based on the “Regulations on the Business of Bird Treatment and the Law Concerning Bird Inspection,” we conduct permission surveys, monitoring and guidance, wipe inspections, poultry (Note 1) meat removal inspections, etc. of poultry meat, etc. We are working to prevent the occurrence of hygiene hazards caused by (Note 2).
All poultry processing companies in the city are certified small-scale poultry processing companies with annual processing of 300,000 or less, and the poultry processing hygiene manager (Note 3) confirms illness and abnormalities for each bird. .
Note 1 Eating Birds: Chicken, duck, turkey
2 Meal chicken meat, etc.: Meat, internal organs, bones and skin of poultry after removing internal organs
Note 3 Eating Bird Treatment Hygiene Manager: Persons with legal qualifications to manage poultry processing plants in a sanitary manner and supervise poultry processing workers.
