Poultry inspection

Based on the "Regulations on the Poultry Treatment Business and the Poultry Inspection Law", we conduct permission surveys, monitoring and guidance, wiping inspections, poultry (Note 1) meat removal inspection, etc. are conducted, and poultry meat, etc. (Note 2) is working to prevent the occurrence of sanitary hazards caused by (Note 2).
All poultry processing companies in the city are certified small poultry processing companies with less than 300,000 birds per year, and the poultry processing sanitation manager (Note 3) confirms illness and abnormalities for each bird. .
Note 1 Feed birds: Chicken, duck, turkey
Note 2 poultry meat, etc.: Meat, internal organs, bones and skin of poultry after extracting internal organs
Note 3 Feed bird processing hygiene manager: A person who has the qualifications stipulated by law to manage the poultry treatment plant and supervise poultry processing workers
