Yokohama-shi Health Checkups

The following people can consult the Yokohama City Health Checkups implemented by Yokohama City. For more information, please click on the following link.

• Elderly medical care system insured for the elderly living in the city　※１
• social security recipients living in the city, those aged 40 or older (including those who will be 40 by the end of the year)
• Those who are 40 years old or older who apply for the Chinese residual Japanese support benefit system (including those who will be 40 years old by the end of the fiscal year)　※２

※1 Target person of medical system insured person for elder senior citizens is person corresponding to any of the following.
　　Oh, 75 years or older (from 75th birthday)
　　(A) Those who are 65 years old or older and under 75 years old and have been certified by the Wide Area Union as having a certain degree of disability (from the date of certification)
※2 The target persons who remain in China are those who meet all of the following conditions and their spouses.
　　Oh, person born after April 2, 1911
　　B) Persons born before December 31, 1946
　　C. Those who have had Address in Japan for at least one year from the date of return to permanent residence
　　D. Those who returned to Japan permanently for the first time after April 1, 1961
