Tell your doctor about the progress of improving symptoms.

- Medical institutions share functions between hospitals and clinics. Please note that if you visit a large hospital without a letter of introduction, you will in principle be burdened by the patient.

- When you visit a doctor, check with medical expenses on your receipt or statement, and if you have any questions, ask your healthcare provider.
(For insurance medical institutions that have introduced a receipt computer system from April 2010, unless there is a “justifiable reason”, a statement that shows individual calculation items will be issued free of charge when issuing a receipt unless there is a “justifiable reason”. It was supposed to be.)
