Guidance of infectious disease report
The Act on Prevention of Infectious Diseases and Medical Care for Patients with Infectious Diseases (Infectious Diseases Law) stipulates infectious diseases that require notification to the Health and Welfare Center (Health Center).
The standards and styles of the target infectious diseases are revised as appropriate, and the latest version can be downloaded from this page.

Notification standards, notification styles, etc. are posted in the following order by category. In the classification, in principle, the name of the disease is arranged in alphabetical order.
Veterinarian notification standards and infectious disease outbreak notifications (animals) were posted after pseudo symptoms specified by Ordinance of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
