The Stroke and Neurospinal Center aims to improve the convenience of patients.

We are accepting online applications.

In principle, the application form is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The target Medical consultation fee is Orthopaedic surgery (Knee joint and spine spinal cord disease), Internal medicine neurosurgery, cardiovascular Internal medicine, and general Medical consultation fee.
You can apply after 3 business days from the application date (excluding closed days).
Closed days of our hospital are Saturday, Sunday, national holidays, and New Year's holidays (12/29-1/3).
Even if you apply, you will not be able to obtain a reservation, change the reservation, or cancel the reservation.
If you can obtain a reservation, change the reservation, or cancel the reservation, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.
Applications received by 9:00 am will be notified on the day or the next day (or the next business day if closed).
Every Medical consultation fee has an outpatient clinic day. Please check the outpatient clinic charge table and the schedule for closing before applying.
In addition, it may not be possible to provide medical treatment at the appointment time, such as outpatient consultation status, emergency patients response, emergency surgery, and sudden changes in in hospitalized patients. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

Those who have a letter of introduction at first visit (Shoshin) or Department first visit (Shoshin) are eligible.
If you would like to see multiple departments on the same day, please apply by phone without using the application form.
We may not be able to make a reservation on the desired date. In addition, another doctor may be in charge even if you are designated by a doctor.
