About recruitment of participants of child adventure college 2024

　Yokohama City Apolexy and Spinal Nerves Center (Address: 1-2-1 Takigami, Isogo-ku)

　We have two courses available. You will need to select a course at the time of application.
　　Course A: Rehabilitation experience (rehabilitation department), tour and experience of transparent equipment (imaging diagnosis department), dietary education and nutritionist work (nutrition department)
　　Course B: Dispensing experience (Pharmaceutical Department), medical device experience (in charge of clinical engineering), test equipment experience (inspection department)
　　　※Common to each course: Nurses, Medical Safety Management Office

　20 students in 5th and 6th graders (A course, 10 B course)　
　　※Parents (only one person) are allowed to be accompanied. If your siblings are unavoidable, you can join us, but you can't experience the program.

　※In the case of a large number of applicants, participants will be determined by lottery.
　※Only winners will be notified of the lottery results to the e-mail address registered at the time of application by Tuesday, July 16th.
　　If you do not receive the e-mail due to a wrong registered e-mail address or rejection of incoming calls, the winning will be invalid.

　1 The program may be canceled depending on stormy weather or infectious disease epidemic situation.
　2 Participating elementary school studenｔ and accompanying persons must bring a non-woven mask at all times in the hospital.
　3 The personal information received at the time of application will not be used for any purpose other than the implementation and operation of the program.
