Regarding outbreak of COVID-19 infection (as of 12:00 on September 28)

Regarding the title announced on September 20, we will inform you of the status as of 12:00 on September 28.

Infection status

Inpatients (including those who have been discharged or transferred): 6 people (2 in 2 wards (same room), 4 people (same room))
Staff: 2 (2 nurses)

About the implementation of PCR test

PCR tests were conducted for most of the inpatients and healthcare professionals as of September 23.
The purpose of this test is to confirm the presence or absence of nosocomial infections at the moment and to consider necessary measures.

The results of the test were as follows.
September 23 177 participants (negative: 175 people, positive: 2 people)
September 24 199 participants (negative: 199)
September 25 375 participants (negative: 375 people, positive: 1 person) ※One positive person was announced on September 26.
In addition, the above three positive patients were carried out to determine patients who were positive by antigen test (simple test).

About infection control

No visit and set up a luggage storage corner

Visits are prohibited to prevent infection. Regarding the delivery of luggage, we have set up a luggage storage corner next to the ATM on the first floor.

Requests for wearing masks and thoroughly disinfecting hands

Inpatients are required to wear a mask when opening the bed curtain.
In addition, even when you are in bed, we ask that you wear a mask when contacting a doctor or nurse, or when testing or rehabilitation.

About outpatient care

Outpatients and emergency outpatients are treated as usual.

We apologize for any inconvenience and inconvenience to patients and their families who are using our hospital. Currently, the staff members are working hard to respond. In addition, we will continue to take measures to prevent infection, and we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
