When the patient uses his My Number Card as an insurance card and agrees to obtain medical information with a card reader with face recognition, doctors etc. obtain necessary medical information such as specific medical examination information and drug information of the patient・ Can be utilized.
In order to obtain and utilize accurate information, please cooperate with the use of an online qualification confirmation system (minor insurance card).

Please note that the method of calculating the initial consultation fee differs depending on the usage status of the online qualification confirmation system (minor insurance card), consent to obtain medical information, utilization status, etc.

1. Bring your My Number Card and tell us that you want to use your My Number Card insurance card at the "1 Insurance Card Confirmation" window.
2. Place your My Number card on the card reader and enter your face authentication or PIN.
3. If you agree that your doctor will obtain and utilize necessary medical information, such as specific medical examination information and drug information, press the consent button of the card reader. If you have consent, please fill out the questionnaire. If consent cannot be confirmed, information will not be obtained or utilized using the same function.

• Various types of Medical Certificate (incurable disease Medical Certificate, Independence Support Medical Certificate, etc.) are not covered by the online qualification confirmation system. Separate confirmation is required, so if you have one, please bring it with your My Number Card.
• Regarding the use of the high medical costs system, a limit certificate is not required when consulting with a My Number card.
• It may take some time to use the network.
• The staff cannot take care of your My Number Card.
